Dachao Cai: The Versatile Traditional Chinese Medicine for Kidney Health and More

Dachao Cai, a traditional Chinese medicine, refers to the whole herb or seeds of the Leguminosae plant Dachao Cai, which is distributed in most parts of China. It has the functions of nourishing the kidneys, promoting diuresis, stopping bleeding, and relieving cough. It is commonly used for kidney deficiency with lumbar pain, nocturnal emission, jaundice, edema, malaria, epistaxis, palpitations, cough with excessive phlegm, irregular menstruation, and sores with swelling and toxicity.
