Traditional Chinese Medicinal Recipe: Stewed Fish Head with Bai Zhi

Ingredients:

Bai Zhi 20g, Fish Head 1 (500g)

Ginger 5g, Spring Onion 10g

Shaoxing Wine 15g, Salt 5g

Ground Pepper 3g, Chicken Oil 20g

Chicken Essence 3g

Functions:

Tonifies Qi and blood, enhances brain function, improves memory, and whitens the skin. Suitable for individuals with freckles and dark skin.

Preparation:

1. Soak Bai Zhi overnight and cut into thin slices. Remove the gills of the fish head, wash it, and chop into 4 pieces. Gently crush the ginger and cut the spring onion into segments.

2. Put Bai Zhi, fish head, ginger, spring onion, and Shaoxing wine into a stewing pot. Add 2000ml of water and bring to a boil over high heat. Then simmer over low heat for 35 minutes. Add salt, chicken essence, chicken oil, and sprinkle with ground pepper.

Usage:

Take 100g of the stewed fish head with Bai Zhi once a day.
