  1. Diuresis: Take 15 grams each of Suigu Zi root, Dantu leaf root, and Herba Dioscoreae Hypoglaucae. Decoct them in water, drink the warm decoction once daily. This has a diuretic effect and can be used to treat nephritis.

  2. Clearing internal heat: Take 15 grams of Suigu Zi root or Dantu leaf root, decoct them in water, drink the warm decoction once daily. This is effective in improving symptoms such as fever, restlessness, and thirst caused by chest stuffiness.

 


 

  [Precautions for Suigu Zi]

  Suigu Zi is a traditional Chinese medicine that is mainly taken internally. It is recommended to take 10-15 grams of Suigu Zi in decoction form, once in the morning and once in the evening, for better results.

  During the period of taking Suigu Zi, do not take other medicines with similar effects. Also, avoid consuming spicy and stimulating foods, as they may hinder the effectiveness of the medicine.
