Preparation
1. Slice the party ginseng; wash the fresh chrysanthemum, remove impurities, and tear into petals; remove bones from the fish fillet, and cut into thin slices; shred the ginger and cut the green onion into segments.
2. Heat a frying pan over high heat, add vegetable oil, and heat until it reaches 60% heat. Add the green onion and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant, then add the fish slices, party ginseng, salt, and fresh chrysanthemum. Stir-fry until the fish is cooked, then remove from heat.
Cooking Tips
Wash the chrysanthemum, soak in clean water for 2 hours, remove and drain to get rid of the bitter taste.

Serve with rice, consume 3 times a week, and continue for 3 months.
