5. Tremella and Red Date Soup: Tremella is also known as "poor man's bird's nest". Although bird's nest is nourishing, it is very expensive. Tremella is similar to bird's nest in terms of color, texture, and efficacy, but it is cheaper. Tremella has the function of cooling, nourishing, and moisturizing. 6. Rice Blood Tonic Porridge: Black glutinous rice, longan, and jujube are all good for blood tonification.
