Nourishing Qi and Blood: Medicinal Diets and Massage Techniques for Heart Discomfort

Boil the Zhi Shi in water to extract the juice, removing any residue. Wash and cut the white radish into chunks. Stir-fry the white radish in lard, add dried shrimp, and pour in the medicinal juice. Simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes until the radish is soft. Add chopped spring onion, ginger, and salt, mix well, and serve.
