【Instructions】

1. Clean the Zhanggong fish by removing the scales, gills, and internal organs. Slice the ginger and cut the tofu into small pieces.

2. Heat some oil in a pan and sauté the ginger slices until fragrant. Then, pan-fry the Zhanggong fish over low heat until slightly golden.

3. Add 1000ml of water to the pan and put all the ingredients into the pan. Boil over high heat for 5 minutes, then simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

4. Once the soup is cooked, add oil and salt to taste before serving.
