  【Ingredients】

  5 chicken feet, 50g lean pork, 5g Danggui, 4 red dates, 6 longans, 1 small handful of goji berries

  【Instructions】

  1. Chop the chicken feet into small pieces, cut the lean pork into chunks, and wash the red dates, goji berries, longans, and Danggui.

  2. Boil water in a pot, blanch the chicken feet and lean pork in the boiling water.

  3. After blanching, remove and rinse off the surface foam, then put them into a stewing pot with the red dates, goji berries, longans, and Danggui. Add enough water.

  4. Stew for 2-3 hours in a water bath.

  5. Add a small amount of salt for seasoning before serving.
