Medicinal Food Recipe 1: Motherwort Juice Congee
Effect: Nourishes Yin and blood, regulates menstruation, relieves thirst and irritability. Suitable for women with menstrual irregularities, functional uterine bleeding, postpartum fainting, incomplete lochia, and abdominal pain.
Ingredients: 10g fresh motherwort juice, 40g fresh Rehmannia juice, 40g fresh lotus root juice, appropriate amount of ginger juice and honey, 100g rice.
