Clinical Manifestations of Hot and Stagnant Blood Type Acne:


Acne that persists for a long time, with clusters of bumps on the forehead, cheeks, and even chest and back. There are often pustules and hard nodules with a dark purple color. The bumps are firm and clumped together, with obvious sebum overflow, causing pain. Sometimes there are multiple scars and the affected area may be itchy as well. The tongue is dark red, and there may be bruises or petechiae. The pulse is thin and taut.
 

 



 【Stir-fried Lotus Root with Hazelnut】  
  Recipe: 50g of ham, 100g of fresh lotus root, 100g of fresh lettuce, 100g of fresh chestnuts.
Method: Slice the ham and stir-fry it with sliced chestnuts until half-cooked. Then add sliced lotus root and continue stir-frying until cooked. Add lettuce and seasonings, stir-fry until well-cooked.
