  Ingredients

  

  650g beef, 50g peanuts, 12 red dates.

  

  Seasonings

  

  2 slices ginger, 5g dried tangerine peel, 1 small bottle of evaporated milk.

  
          

 

  Preparation

  

  1. Wash the beef and cut it into thick pieces. Boil it in boiling water for 5 minutes, then remove and rinse with cold water, draining the water;

  

  2. Soak the peanuts in hot water and remove the skin;

  

  3. Remove the pits from the red dates and wash them; soak the dried tangerine peel until soft and wash it.

  

  4. Put the beef, peanuts, red dates, dried tangerine peel, and ginger into a pot. Add enough boiling water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 3 hours. Add evaporated milk for seasoning.
