【Delicate Jellyfish Threads】
Ingredients: 300g jellyfish threads, 5g green bell pepper, 5g red bell pepper, 50g chicken, 3g salt, 2g MSG, 2g chicken essence, 5g rice vinegar, 8g sesame oil
Instructions:
(1) Rinse the jellyfish threads with water to remove sand and salt, then cut into threads.
(2) Blanch the green and red bell pepper threads in boiling water, then set aside. Cook the chicken until done, then shred into threads.
(3) In a bowl, combine the jellyfish threads, bell pepper threads, and chicken threads. Add salt, MSG, chicken essence, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Mix well and transfer to a serving dish.
