Treatment for mastitis, parotitis, abscesses, and boils: Equal parts of DuJiuGuNiu, ChongLou (Rhizoma Paridis), BaiJi (Rhizoma Bletillae), XiaoNianYao (Rhizoma Dioscoreae), and WuXiangXueTeng (Caulis Spatholobi). Grind them into powder and mix with honey or vinegar for external application.

Method: Grind the above herbs into powder and mix with honey or vinegar for external application.
2. DuJiuGuNiu Wine
15 grams of DuJiuGuNiu (Polygonum multiflorum) and 500 grams of white wine.
Method: Wash the DuJiuGuNiu rhizome and put it in a wide-mouthed bottle, then pour in the white wine and seal tightly. Soak for 1 month before use.
