Peel and cut the carrots into pieces. Peel and crush the water chestnuts. Clean the fish head and fry it in a pan with a little oil until both sides turn golden brown. Add a small amount of water to the pan, then put the prepared ingredients into a pot. Add an appropriate amount of water and simmer for 1 hour. Season with salt and serve.
【Common prescriptions with Jade Bamboo】
1. For fever and dry mouth, difficult urination: 5 taels of Withered Lilyturf. Boil and drink the juice.
2. For stomach yin deficiency caused by autumn dryness: 3 qian of Jade Bamboo, 3 qian of Ophiopogon Root, 2 qian of Sand Ginseng, 1 qian of Licorice. Boil 5 cups of water and reduce it to 2 cups, divide into two servings.
