Symptoms include fatigue, weakness, and pale complexion with normal appetite. It is often cooked with jujube and the juice is consumed. If there is deficiency of qi and blood, fatigue, dizziness, and blurred vision, it can be used in combination with Dangshen, Shudi, and Longan flesh.
