Add an appropriate amount of sesame oil, salt, green onion, ginger, and garlic for seasoning. This has the effects of invigorating the spleen, benefiting the stomach, nourishing deficiency, and invigorating qi. It is suitable for reduced food intake, weight loss, diarrhea, and edema.
