High blood sugar is just one of the two things seen synchronously with the increase in protein. Nowadays, no one checks whether the body has too much protein or too much blood. It is claimed that high blood sugar will cause illness, but in fact, the body will excrete excess glucose. When the body adjusts itself, this problem will no longer exist.

Diabetics should not eat too much salt:

In terms of understanding diabetes, doctors usually focus on diet restriction, especially limiting the intake of high-sugar foods, as an important preventive and treatment method for guiding patients. However, the attention to limiting salt intake is rarely mentioned.

Modern medical research has shown that excessive salt can enhance amylase activity and promote starch digestion, as well as promote the absorption of free glucose in the small intestine, leading to increased blood sugar levels and aggravating the condition. In addition, excessive salt intake can also lead to the occurrence of high blood pressure.

Therefore, diabetics should also avoid eating too much salt, with a daily intake of salt below 6 grams.
