7. Steamed Mushroom and Carp
Ingredients: 100g shiitake mushrooms, 500g live carp, 50g cooked bamboo shoots, scallions, ginger, salt, cooking wine, peanut oil, as needed.

Instructions: After slaughtering the chicken, remove the feathers, gut, and cut off the claws. Rinse with boiling water, then rinse with cold water and drain.
