【Reasons why Digu cattle are rarely seen】

The true face of Digu cattle is not easily seen by ordinary people. It likes to "hide" in the soft sandy soil at the foot of old houses and cliffs. You can often find its figure in the sandy soil at the foot of old houses or caves on the cliff in Metan Township!

Digu cattle usually hide deep in the sandy soil, creating funnel-shaped traps, and hiding at the bottom to prey on small insects such as mosquitoes and flies.

It lies in ambush very cunningly. Once a small insect accidentally falls into the trap, it will be sucked to death by the "straw" formed by its sharp mandibles, just like a "vampire" in a movie!

Its adult form is called "antlion", which may sound familiar. It often flies into the house for no reason at night, like an annoying ghost flying around the chandelier. It turns out to be the adult form of the "antlion".
