【Ingredients】
1000g mutton, 5g amomum tsao-ko, 1000g papaya, 300g peas, 500g glutinous rice, 200g sugar, a little salt, monosodium glutamate, and pepper.
【Preparation Method】
1. Wash the amomum tsao-ko, mutton, peas, and glutinous rice thoroughly; extract the juice from the papaya and set aside.
2. Cut the mutton into small 2cm cubes and put them into an aluminum pot. Add the papaya juice, amomum tsao-ko, peas, and glutinous rice. Add an appropriate amount of water. Heat it over high heat until it boils, then simmer over low heat until the peas and meat are cooked.
3. Add sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate, and pepper to taste.

【How to Choose Papaya?】
If you plan to eat it on the same day, choose papayas that are fully yellow. Gently press the belly of the fruit, and if it feels slightly soft, it is ripe.
