  Ingredients for Steamed Sea Urchin with Egg:

  

  Main Ingredients: 1 sea urchin, 5 eggs

  Instructions for Steamed Sea Urchin with Egg:

  

  1. Flip the sea urchin over and use sharp scissors to make a small circle cut around the mouth. Be careful not to cut too large, as it may damage the sea urchin roe which is attached to the inner wall.

  

  2. After cutting, gently scrape the sea urchin roe away from the inner wall using a small spoon.

  

  3. Rinse the sea urchin roe to remove any attached digestive organs, then crack the eggs into a slightly larger bowl.

  

  4. Beat the eggs, add salt for seasoning, and pour the egg mixture into a steaming dish at a ratio of 1:1.5 with warm water.

  

  5. Place the dish in a steamer with cold water, steam for 3 minutes after the water boils, then add the sea urchin meat and steam for another minute. Turn off the heat and remove from the steamer.
