Nutritious and Delicious: Three Fresh Dumplings with Fish and Seaweed

Ingredients:

50g fish, 10 dumpling wrappers, 2 leaves of green vegetables, 1 egg, 10g seaweed, some sesame oil, vegetable oil.

Instructions:

1. Beat the egg yolk and spread a thin layer of oil on a frying pan. Pour the egg mixture into the pan to make an egg skin. Take it out and let it cool, then cut it into strips.

2. Wash the fish and remove the bones. Chop it into paste. Wash the green vegetables and chop them finely.

3. Mix the fish paste and chopped vegetables, add some sesame oil to make the filling, and wrap it in the dumpling wrappers.

4. Boil water in a pot, cook the dumplings until they are done. Add the egg strips and seaweed for a brief boil.

Tips:

To make the filling for Three Fresh Dumplings, mix shrimp, pork, chicken, chopped ginger, chopped spring onion, vegetable oil, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, and water. Stir the filling in one direction until it becomes a sticky paste. It is best to use a rubber spatula, but if not available, you can use your hands or chopsticks. Mix and fold the mixture in one direction for about 5 to 10 minutes, until it becomes thick and paste-like.
