Goji Berry and Pig Kidney Porridge

Goji berries.............12g
Pig kidney.............1 piece
Glutinous rice.............100g
Salt.............2g

Nourishes the kidneys and improves vision. Suitable for conditions such as kidney yin deficiency in hypertension patients.
Preparation
1. Wash the goji berries and remove impurities; wash the pig kidney, cut it in half, remove the core, and chop into small pieces; rinse the glutinous rice.
2. Put the glutinous rice, pig kidney, and goji berries into a pot. Add enough water to cover the ingredients.
3. Place the pot on high heat and bring it to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 45 minutes. Add salt and stir well.
Consumption
Can be consumed in the morning and evening, 3 times a week, for a duration of 3 months.
Contraindications
Not suitable for individuals with external heat, spleen deficiency with dampness, and diarrhea.
