Kudzu and Polygonum Multiflorum Steamed Buns

Kudzu............3g
Polygonum Multiflorum............6g
Flour..............200g
Yeast.............appropriate amount

Aromatic and dampness-resolving, nourishes the liver and kidneys, and lowers blood pressure. Suitable for hypertension and other conditions.
Preparation
1. Remove impurities from the kudzu, peel it, and grind it into fine powder; dry the Polygonum Multiflorum and grind it into fine powder, set aside.
2. Put the flour, kudzu powder, and Polygonum Multiflorum powder in a bowl, add water and yeast, knead evenly, and knead into a dough. After fermentation, knead the dough into a long strip about 4 cm in diameter, and cut into pieces, each weighing about 50g.
3. Place the dough pieces in a steamer, with appropriate spacing, cover the steamer, steam over high heat for about 10 minutes.
Consumption
Consume in the morning and evening, 80-100g each time, for a duration of 2 months.
Contraindications
Not suitable for those with Yin deficiency and blood stasis.
