Clinical Manifestations of Cold Drink Dependent Lung Type Chronic Bronchitis:


Coughing, shortness of breath, and wheezing with audible sound. Easy expectoration of abundant, white, clear, watery sputum with foamy bubbles. Chest oppression and fullness, coldness in the back, preference for hot drinks, persistent coughing with varying intensity. Pale tongue with white coating, smooth, thin or deep pulse.
 

 



 [Er Zi Congee]
  Ingredients: 6g fried white mustard seeds, 9g fried radish seeds, 6g tangerine peel, 6g roasted licorice.
Preparation: Cook the four ingredients together in a pot for 30 minutes, remove the residue and take the juice.
Efficacy: Promote qi circulation, stop coughing, warm and transform phlegm and fluid.
Usage: Take 1 dose daily, warm it up and take it in the morning and evening, continuously for 5 days.
 
 [Zi Su Rice Congee]
  Ingredients: 15g perilla leaves, 50g glutinous rice.
Preparation: Cook the glutinous rice into a thin congee, add perilla leaves, and cook briefly.
Efficacy: Disseminate lung qi, transform phlegm and fluid.
Usage: Take 2 times a day, drink it while it's hot.
 
 [Modified Dried Ginger Congee]
  Ingredients: 3g dried ginger, 15g poria cocos, 15g lentils, 100g glutinous rice.
Preparation: Cook dried ginger, poria cocos, and lentils together in a pot, remove the residue and take the juice, then cook with glutinous rice into a thin congee.
Efficacy: Warm the middle, dispel cold, transform phlegm, and stop coughing.
Usage: Take 2-3 times a day, warm and drink.
