【Dish of Chuanxiong and Bai Zhi Stewed Fish Head】

Recipe: Chuanxiong 15g, Bai Zhi 15g, one catfish head, appropriate amount of ginger, spring onion, salt, and cooking wine.

Preparation: Slice the Chuanxiong and Bai Zhi separately, put them together with the cleaned catfish head in a pot, add ginger, spring onion, salt, cooking wine, and water. Bring to a boil with high heat, then simmer until cooked with low heat.

Efficacy: Dispel wind, dispel cold, invigorate blood, and promote circulation.

Usage: Eat with meals, once a day.

【Stir-fried Snake Slices】

Recipe: 1 black snake.

Preparation: Skin and clean the black snake, cut into thin slices. Heat the pan, add oil, heat until 70% hot, then add the snake slices and stir-fry. When the snake slices are 80% cooked, add salt, yellow wine, spring onion, and ginger slices, continue to stir-fry until fully cooked.
