Clinical manifestations of anorexia in children with food stasis:


The child experiences bloating, restless sleep, bad breath, irritability, irregular bowel movements with foul odor, thick greasy tongue coating, smooth and solid pulse, and purple stasis in fingerprints.
 

 



 【Radish Cake】
  Recipe: 250g white radish, 250g flour, 100g lean pork.
Method: Wash and cut the radish into thin shreds, stir-fry until half cooked, then remove from the pan. Chop the pork into mince and mix with the radish shreds, scallions, ginger, and salt to make the filling. Mix water with flour to make dough (50g each), roll it into thin sheets, place the filling on top, and make sandwich cakes. Cook them in vegetable oil until done.
Efficacy: Regulates qi and aids digestion.
Usage: Can be eaten as desired.
 
 【Chicken Inner Gold Porridge】
  Recipe: 6 chicken inner gold, 3g dried tangerine peel, 2g cardamom, 50g glutinous rice.
Method: Grind the chicken inner gold, dried tangerine peel, and cardamom into powder. Cook the glutinous rice with an appropriate amount of water to make porridge, then add the medicinal powder and adjust the taste with sugar.
Efficacy: Relieves food stagnation, regulates qi and stomach.
Usage: Consume in multiple servings while warm.
 
 【Erchou Digestion-Relieving Biscuits】
  Recipe: 60g black erchou, 60g white erchou, 500g wheat flour.
Method: Stir-fry the erchou until fragrant and crispy, sieve it, mix it with flour, add an appropriate amount of sugar, and bake it into biscuits weighing 3g each.
Efficacy: Relieves food stagnation.
Usage: Take 2 pieces, 3 times daily.
