[The most common causes of dysmenorrhea in women]
If dysmenorrhea occurs during the early menstrual period, there is a clear correlation between age and primary dysmenorrhea. The younger the age of menarche, the higher the incidence of dysmenorrhea, and generally, the more severe the symptoms of dysmenorrhea.
Dysmenorrhea is related to overwork, stress, coldness, and allergic constitution during the menstrual period.
For women, if they do not pay enough attention to the hygiene of the reproductive organs during the menstrual period, pregnancy, and puerperium, for example, premature sexual activity or having multiple sexual partners can cause inflammation.
Having undergone multiple artificial abortion surgeries or uterine cavity operations can cause adhesion inflammation.
Some women have intrauterine contraceptive devices, which can increase the production of prostaglandins (pg) in the endometrial tissue, leading to worsened dysmenorrhea.
Women who smoke can also cause dysmenorrhea, and the severity of dysmenorrhea often increases with the increase in smoking, because smoking can cause vasoconstriction and ischemia, leading to pain.
