  [Clinical Manifestations] Loose teeth, gingival ulceration and atrophy, exposed tooth roots, slightly red and swollen ulcer edges, dizziness, tinnitus, hot palms and soles, lower back pain, slightly red tongue with little coating, and thin and rapid pulse.




  [Dietary Therapy]

  1. Stewed Pig Kidney with Cistanche and Dodder Seed: 2 pig kidneys, 60g Cistanche, 30g Dodder Seed, 10 red dates (pitted). First, cut open the pig kidneys, remove the white fat film, slice them, and then put them into a stewing pot with the other ingredients. Add an appropriate amount of water and stew over low heat for 2-3 hours. Season and consume.

  2. Spinach and Black-Bone Chicken Soup: 1 pair of black-bone chicken bones, 30g goji berries, 30g Chinese yam, 20g Solomon's seal, 100g spinach. Cook them together to make a soup and drink the soup and eat the vegetables twice a day.

  3. Goji Berry and Red Date Porridge: 20g goji berries, 30g red dates, 60g glutinous rice, and an appropriate amount of white sugar. First, cook the goji berries, red dates, and glutinous rice until they are done, and then add white sugar to taste.
