Clinical manifestations of cold and damp invading type dysentery:
Abdominal pain and urgency, mucus and frozen stools, more white than red, or purely white, urgency before defecation and heavy feeling afterwards, distension and fullness in the epigastrium and abdomen, heaviness in the head and body, white and greasy tongue coating, slow and slippery pulse.

Recipe: 10 grams of fresh ginger, 10 grams of tea leaves.
Method: Cut the ginger with skin into small pieces, boil it together with tea leaves in 1 large bowl of water until half a bowl of soup remains.
Efficacy: Warm the middle, dispel cold, transform dampness, and stop dysentery.
Usage: Take 1-2 doses daily, drink it warm.
[Cinnamon porridge]
Recipe: 2-3 grams of cinnamon, 2-3 grams of angelica, 3 grams of tangerine peel, 6 grams of hawthorn, 100 grams of polished rice, suitable amount of brown sugar.
Method: First, decoct cinnamon, angelica, tangerine peel, and hawthorn to make a concentrated juice, remove the residue. Cook the polished rice separately until it becomes porridge, then add the medicinal juice and brown sugar.
Efficacy: Warm yang, invigorate the spleen, dispel cold, and stop dysentery.
Usage: Take 1 dose daily, divide into 2 servings and take it warm.
[Garlic wine]
Recipe: 10 ml of garlic juice, 15 ml of white wine.
Method: Mix the garlic juice with the white wine.
Efficacy: Promote qi circulation, dispel cold, kill bacteria, and stop dysentery.
