[Stewed Beef Penis]
Recipe: 1000g beef penis, 500g chicken broth, 60g green onions, 30g ginger, 12g garlic cloves, 15g peppercorn oil, 75g lard.
Method: Cut open the beef penis, blanch it in boiling water, remove it, tear off the outer skin and wash it. In a pot, add 2500g of water, 20g of green onions, 10g of ginger (lightly crushed), and a small amount of peppercorns. Cook the beef penis in the pot until it can be pinched with your hands, then remove it and cut it into 3cm segments. Place the pot on the stove, heat the lard, add the remaining green onions, ginger, and garlic cloves, stir-fry until fragrant, add cooking wine, soy sauce, chicken broth, salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, etc. Adjust the soup to a light red color, add the beef penis segments, simmer over low heat until the soup is almost dry, remove the green onions and ginger, thicken with wet starch, and drizzle with peppercorn oil.
Efficacy: Tonify the kidneys and invigorate yang, nourish essence and marrow.
