Liver-spleen imbalance type gastric ptosis clinical manifestations:


   Abdominal distension, restlessness, belching, eructation, pale red tongue, thin and wiry pulse.
  
 

 



 [Rose Dew Wine]
  Formula: 350g fresh rose flowers, 1500g white wine, 200g rock sugar.
Preparation: Soak the rose flowers in the wine, add rock sugar at the same time, soak for about a month, store in a porcelain jar or glass bottle, do not heat it up.
Efficacy: Soothe the liver, regulate qi, and relieve stomach pain.
Usage: Take 1 cup 1-2 times daily.
 
 [Buddha's Hand Orange Congee]
  Formula: 10-15g Buddha's Hand orange, 50-100g glutinous rice, appropriate amount of rock sugar.
Preparation: Decoct the Buddha's Hand orange to remove impurities, then cook it with glutinous rice and rock sugar to make congee.
Efficacy: Strengthen the spleen, nourish the stomach, regulate qi, and relieve pain.
Usage: Can be consumed as breakfast, dinner, or snack.
 
 [Steamed Pig Liver with Albizia Flower]
  Formula: 10g Albizia flower, 150g pig liver.
Preparation: Wash the Albizia flower and soak it in water. After washing the pig liver, add a little salt and steam it together with the Albizia flower in a bowl over water until cooked.
Efficacy: Strengthen the spleen, regulate qi, and relieve depression.
Usage: Serve as a side dish with meals.
 
 [Jasmine Rose Tea]
  Formula: 6g jasmine flowers, 6g rose flowers, 6g green tea, 9g tangerine peel.
Preparation: Brew the ingredients with boiling water for 10 minutes, substitute for regular tea.
Efficacy: Soothe the liver, regulate the spleen.
Usage: Take one dose daily, drink at any time.
