[Relieving Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis in Coronary Heart Disease]

Clinical manifestations of qi stagnation and blood stasis type coronary heart disease:

Chest tightness and stabbing pain, pain in a fixed location, restlessness. Sometimes accompanied by palpitations, distension and fullness in the flanks, and a tendency to sigh. The tongue is dark purple, the pulse is thin and rough or knotted.


[Sanqi Pig Heart]

Ingredients: 4g Sanqi powder, 200g pig heart, 2g soaked black fungus, 50g egg white.

Method: Slice the pig heart thinly, coat with egg white, refined salt, pepper, and starch. Then mix Sanqi powder, Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, sugar, monosodium glutamate, and minced ginger with water to make a marinade. Heat a suitable amount of oil in a frying pan until 40-50% hot, slide the sliced pig heart into the oil, and transfer to a colander. Add a little minced ginger to the same frying pan, cook until fragrant, then add the pig heart and black fungus, stir-fry a few times, pour in the marinade, stir-fry evenly and bring to a boil. Finally, drizzle with sesame oil.

Efficacy: Tonifies qi, nourishes blood, activates blood circulation, and resolves stasis.

Usage: Eat with meals. Can be consumed regularly.

[Danshen Tea]

Ingredients: 9g Danshen, 3g green tea.

Method: Grind Danshen into coarse powder, brew with boiling water together with the tea leaves for 10 minutes, then drink.

Efficacy: Activates blood circulation, dispels stasis, relieves pain, and alleviates restlessness.

Usage: Take 1 dose daily, as a substitute for tea.
