【Steamed Chicken with Tremella】
Ingredients: 30g dried Tremella, 120g chicken breast, 2 eggs, 1000g chicken broth.
Preparation: Wash the dried Tremella and cut into small pieces. Cut the chicken breast into thin slices and soak in cold water for a while, then coat with egg white. Bring the chicken broth to a boil, add cooking wine and seasonings. Add the Tremella and boil for 10 minutes, then add the chicken slices. Thicken the soup with water starch and pour into bowls.
Efficacy: Nourishes Yin and replenishes deficiency.

【White Duck Soup with Fuling and Ophiopogon】
Ingredients: 1 white duck, 20g Fuling, 20g Ophiopogon, 500g winter melon.
Preparation: Slaughter and clean the white duck, remove the feathers and internal organs. Put the Fuling and Ophiopogon (wrapped in gauze) into the pot with enough water. Cook for a while, then add the winter melon. Cook until the duck meat is well done and the winter melon is soft, then add a small amount of seasoning.
