Tremella Millet Pumpkin Porridge

300g pumpkin, 50g millet, 100g rice, a few pieces of rock sugar, 10g Tremella.

1. After soaking the Tremella overnight, wash the millet, rice, and Tremella together, then put them in a pot with more water and bring to a boil.

2. Peel and wash the pumpkin, cut it into thin slices, and add it to the pot. Cook until the pumpkin is soft and tender.

3. When the pumpkin is cooked, add rock sugar and stir with a spoon until the pumpkin is blended. If you have a blender, you can blend the pumpkin into a puree and mix it with the millet porridge.

Tremella Purple Sweet Potato White Fungus Soup

Ingredients

Purple sweet potato, white fungus, rock sugar, Tremella.

Instructions

1. Soak the white fungus in water for about 1 hour until it becomes soft and fully expanded. Soak the Tremella overnight.

2. Peel and dice the purple sweet potato, tear the Tremella into small pieces.

3. After the white fungus is fully soaked, rinse off any impurities, and tear it into small pieces.

4. Put the white fungus and Tremella into a soup pot, add water, and simmer for 1 hour over low heat. Add enough water at once. It must be simmered over low heat to extract the gelatin. If you use high heat, the water will evaporate and the white fungus will not become tender.

5. After 1 hour, the white fungus should be soft. Add the purple sweet potato and rock sugar, and continue to cook for 45 minutes until the sweet potato is fully cooked and the soup becomes thick. Adjust the amount of rock sugar according to personal taste, less if consumed at night.

Tremella White Fungus Dessert Soup

Ingredients

15g Tremella, 1 pear (300g), 30g rock sugar, 5g white fungus.

Instructions

1. Soak 5g of Tremella in 1000ml of water. Soak the Tremella overnight (about 12 hours) until it becomes soft and expands about 10 times in volume.

2. Carefully remove any black impurities from the soaked Tremella, rinse it with water, and break it into small pieces.

3. Soak the white fungus in water for 20 minutes until it becomes soft, then break it into small pieces. Peel the pear and cut it into 1cm-sized cubes.

4. Put the Tremella, white fungus, and water into a pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes. At this point, the soup will start to thicken.

5. Add the pear cubes and cook for another 5 minutes. Then add the rock sugar and cranberries, stir and cook for 3 minutes until the rock sugar completely melts and the soup becomes thick.

Tremella Fruit Salad

Ingredients

Tremella, mango, dragon fruit, and rock sugar.

Instructions

1. Soak the Tremella in water for half a day or more.

2. Boil the soaked Tremella in water over low heat for about 1.5 hours until it becomes soft and the soup thickens.

3. Let the cooked Tremella cool down, add rock sugar according to taste.

4. Cut the fruits into small cubes and add them to the cooled Tremella.

Tremella Rose Pear Soup

Ingredients

30g Tremella, 20g Job's tears, 3 slices of pear, 3 dried roses, 10g cranberries, 20g rock sugar, 1500ml purified water.

Instructions

1. Soak the Tremella for 4-6 hours, soak the Job's tears in warm water for 4 hours.

2. Put them into a pot, add water and rock sugar, and simmer over low heat for 2 hours.

3. Add the pear and continue to simmer for another hour. Sprinkle dried rose petals before serving.
