Peach Gum Rose Snow Pear

Ingredients

1 papaya, 10g peach gum.

Instructions

1. Soak the peach gum in water for more than 12 hours until it becomes soft and swells to more than 10 times its original size.

2. Wash the softened peach gum carefully to remove any black impurities and break it into small pieces.

3. Steam the peach gum with a small amount of water for about 30 minutes. Cut the papaya in half, remove the seeds, pour the steamed peach gum into the papaya, sprinkle with a little rock sugar, and continue to steam for about 20 minutes.

Peach Gum Cornmeal Porridge

Ingredients

Cornmeal, peach gum, rose jam, 6 red dates.

Instructions

1. Wash the peach gum and cornmeal separately and soak them in water. I soaked them for 8 hours. After 8 hours, rinse the peach gum and cornmeal briefly, then put them in a clay pot along with 6 red dates.

The main component of peach gum is carbohydrates, and it also contains some acidic substances. People with weak digestion may experience indigestion when consuming it.
