2. Soak the fish maw in boiling water for 20 minutes, wash and cut into pieces.

3. Put all the ingredients into a stewing pot, add enough water, cover the pot.

Effects

30g Qian Shi, 6 Bai Guo (ginkgo nuts), 50g glutinous rice.
