The correct method of acupuncture points
There are various methods of acupuncture, but generally we can choose three simple and practical methods of acupuncture.
Body markings: The body markings can be divided into fixed and active markings. Fixed signs refer to the protrusions or depressions formed by the bones and muscles of each ministry, as well as irrelevant contours, hairline, finger (toe) nails, nipples, umbilical fossa, etc. For example, Yanglingquan at the bottom of the front of the fibula, Zanzhu at the head of the eyebrow, and Tanzhong in the middle of the two nipples. The activity markers are the joints, muscles, tendons, and skin that appear as gaps, depressions, wrinkles, and tips with activity, such as the acupuncture points located between the ear screen and the jaw joint, and the depressions where the mouth is not opened.
Finger with the body to determine the point method: is based on the massage of the fingers of the person to measure the selection of acupuncture points method. The width of the interphalangeal joint of the thumb of the person being massaged is 1 inch; the width of the index finger, middle finger and ring finger of the person being massaged when they are together is 2 inches; the width of the index finger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger of the person being massaged when they are together, the width of the four fingers of the middle finger is 3 inches, subject to the transverse line near the middle joint.
Bone degree and inch method: This method is used to measure the length and width of each body part by using human bones as the main marker, and to determine the inch, which is used to locate the meridian points.
