Method: Chinese wolfberry washed, cut small sections of the ground, Huaiyam, cloud Poring, Cornus, roasted licorice research into the end, put these herbs together into a medicine bag into a thermos bottle with 1000 ml of boiling water with a lid and smothered for 30 minutes. Then take the juice of American ginseng slices after brewing with boiling water and add it to the thermos bottle to drink together.

Shou Wu San Di Tea

Ingredients: Ginseng, Medlar, Asparagus, Radix Rehmanniae, Radix et Rhizoma each 90 grams, Yun Fu Ling, Radix et Rhizoma each 150 grams, He Shou Wu 250 grams.

Method: All the herbs will be ground together in proportion and dosage and then packed into gauze bags with 40 grams per packet, take one packet per day and put it into a thermos bottle with 1000 ml of boiling water and cover it for 35 minutes to drink.

Usage: Take 1 packet daily and drink it several times until it is all finished.

Radix Polygoni Multiflori Tea

Ingredients: 15 grams of Radix Achyranthes bidentatae, 20 grams of Radix et Rhizoma Polygonati.

How to prepare: Crush the hyssop and shou wu together into a gauze bag, add 800 ml of boiling water, cover the bottle and let it steep for 30 minutes.

Dosage: 1 dose per day, drink 2~3 times per day.

Ume plum and lotus seed tea

Ingredients: 3 grams each of ginseng and roasted licorice, 9 grams each of papaya and fried lotus seeds, and wu plum.

Preparation: Cut ginseng into thin slices and put them into a thermos flask for spare, wash and remove the heart of lotus seeds, put them into a pot together with papaya, umeboshi and roasted licorice, add 600 ml of boiling water and decoct the juice, pour the decocted soup into the thermos flask while it is hot and smother it for 20 minutes.
