Start doing deep breathing exercises every day from now on and stick to it. By the time you reach 70, your lung capacity decline will only be about 20 percent, rather than 60 to 70 percent. This shows the power of consistency and perseverance. Doing deep breathing exercises at 70 will not be able to save the lung function you have already lost, which is why it's better to start investing in your health earlier.

Stay committed to exercising every day, not only to slow down the aging process but also to strengthen your muscles, increase your metabolic rate, and have a healthy physique. Pay attention to not playing music or watching TV at high volumes. Some people think that hearing loss is normal, but that's not true. Some people have normal hearing even at the age of 90.
