Astragalus Beef Soup.
Medicinal ingredients: 15g of astragalus.
Ingredients: 100g of beef, 20ml of rice wine, 10g of ginger, salt to taste.
Instructions:
1. Remove the tendons from the beef and slice it.
2. Put the sliced beef, ginger, and rice wine in a clay pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes.
