Alternate Fitness Method
This is a new fitness concept and method: if you typically use your right hand for activities, it is recommended to regularly use your left hand for exercise to prevent the right hemisphere of your brain from becoming "idle". "Up and down alternate method" means that in addition to regular upper body activities, it is particularly important to frequently exercise your toes, allowing them to perform delicate actions such as picking up objects. Other alternate exercises include alternating cardiovascular and pulmonary exercise, alternating between hot and cold exercises, and alternating between logical and visual thinking exercises.
Fasting Fitness Method
As the saying goes, "if you want longevity, you must have a clear intestine". Food stagnation in the intestines can easily lead to impurities and many diseases, including cancer. Fasting, which means not eating for a day or two and only drinking water, is called "avoiding grains" in Daoism, but it is essentially a form of hunger therapy. Each of the above fitness methods has its own merits. Depending on your physical condition, you should choose a suitable method and consult a doctor if you have any existing health issues before starting.
Walking in the Rain Fitness Method
Walking in the rain has special fitness benefits compared to walking on a sunny day. This is because rain can produce a large amount of negative ions, which can make people feel refreshed and help regulate the nervous system and alleviate feelings of depression. Additionally, the gentle massage of the fine rain on the face and skin can enhance the body's adaptability to the external environment.
