The key to physical fitness is persistence. However, due to the nature of their work, some people need to travel frequently. On the one hand, they cannot go to the gym on time when they are away, and there are safety issues with outdoor activities. On the other hand, frequent travelers often have limited time, so exercise routines cannot be too complicated.

Make full use of your body weight. The simplest "equipment" that can be carried with you is your own body weight. You can perform various exercises using your body weight, such as jumping with both legs, high knees, frog jumps, and imitating ice skating movements.

Bring two books. Carry one or two books with you, preferably ones related to sports. Not only can you learn new fitness methods and gain fitness motivation, but you can also use the books as dumbbells to exercise your arms by pushing them up.

Gradually climb stairs. No matter where you travel, stairs are readily available "equipment" for exercise. When returning to the hotel, walk up the stairs, starting with one step per stair, and then move on to two steps per stair. This can fully exercise your glutes.

A skipping rope with multiple uses. As a fitness equipment, a skipping rope is convenient to carry and helps maintain daily exercise. If conditions are limited and you cannot jump, you can "step over the rope" by shaping the rope into an S shape and then stepping over it from left to right. You can also use the skipping rope to assist in stretching your limbs.

Use desks, chairs, and stools. The furniture in hotel bedrooms, such as beds, chairs, and tables, can all be used. For example, you can sit on a stool and lift your legs, or do sit-ups and push-ups on the bed. Remember to replenish fluids promptly during exercise while on a business trip.
