Men play a very important role in the waist, back, arms, and hands when it comes to daily exercise. To maintain the function of these parts, it is best to do targeted exercises that help these areas.
Here is a simple flexibility exercise that helps to improve arm and waist support. You can do it on the bed or on the floor. For men who want to maintain "strength," it is best to set aside some time every night to do it several times. The number of repetitions may vary depending on individual physical condition.
Prone Stretch
Lie face down with your body as straight as possible. Stretch your arms forward, lift your head slightly, and extend your arms as far forward as possible while extending your feet as far back as possible. Hold each stretch for 10 to 15 seconds, then relax slowly.
Cat Stretch
As the name suggests, this set of movements resembles a cat stretching. First, stretch your arms forward and place your palms on the ground. Then, pull your body back and sit on your heels until your buttocks touch your feet, with your knees on the ground. Try to stretch your arms, shoulders, and back as much as possible. Hold the stretch for 10 to 15 seconds, then relax slowly and repeat the entire movement.
Back Bend Palm Press
This posture is similar to a regular palm press, except that your knees are on the ground. Support the ground with your arms slightly outside your shoulders, and then perform a bending and straightening palm press motion. Make sure to keep your waist slightly bent and hold each movement for 10 seconds, then start over again. But remember to do it according to your own abilities.
