Introduction

  

  Aromatherapy massage refers to the method of applying massage oil (a blend of carrier oil and essential oil) to the desired areas and massaging them. By massaging the body, we can achieve the effects of relaxation and stress relief.



  
 

  Procedure:

  

  Step 1: Clean the customer's back skin and dry it with a towel.

  

  Step 2: Disinfect the scraping board, and drop about 1ml of scraping essential oil on the customer's back, then evenly spread it.

  

  Step 3:
A. Scrape down along the vertebrae to the lumbar area.

  

  B. Scrape down along the deltoid muscle to the scapula, starting with the left side and then the right side.

  

  C. Scrape down along the inner edge of the scapula to the armpit, starting with the left side and then the right side.

  

  Notes: 1. Keep the operating space warm.

  

  2. The entire procedure should take about 30 minutes, with 15 scrapes for each area.

  

  3. After the massage, the customer should drink a glass of warm water to speed up metabolism.

  

  Contraindications: 1. Avoid areas with fractures or bones.

  

  2. Avoid areas with high blood pressure or heart disease.

  

  3. Avoid during menstruation.

  Massage with citrus essential oil, peppermint oil, or ginger essential oil. Take one or two of these oils and mix them with a teaspoon of body lotion. Apply the mixture to the palm of your hand and slowly massage the abdomen in a clockwise direction. Then lie on the bed with a bottle filled with warm water wrapped in a towel.
