Massage 6 acupoints to help children grow taller
1. Press Yintang acupoint
Location: The midpoint between the two eyebrows.
Method: Use your right thumb to press firmly for about 9 seconds, or silently count to 9. Then, without loosening, continue to knead in a clockwise direction 9 times, then knead in a counterclockwise direction 9 times, and then knead in a clockwise direction 9 times, and finally knead in a counterclockwise direction 9 times, for a total of 36 times.
2. Press Shangxing acupoint
Location: The midpoint of the head, 1 inch behind the front hairline.
Method: Press your right thumb on the Shangxing acupoint, and use the same massage method as the Yintang acupoint.
3. Press Baihui acupoint
Location: The intersection point between the midline of the top of the head and the line connecting the tips of the two ears.
Method: Press your right thumb or middle finger on the Baihui acupoint, and use the same massage method as the Yintang acupoint.
4. Press Shuigu acupoint
Location: Directly above the ear, 1.5 inches into the hairline.
Method: Press both thumbs on the two Shuigu acupoints, and press firmly for about 9 seconds, or silently count to 9. Then, without loosening, knead forward 9 times, knead backward 9 times, knead forward again 9 times, and knead backward again 9 times, for a total of 36 times.
5. Press Fengchi acupoint
Location: The lower part of the back of the neck, below the occipital bone, on the outside of the large tendon depression.
Method: Press both thumbs on the Fengchi acupoint, and place the other 4 fingers on the back of the head. Press both thumbs firmly for about 9 seconds, or silently count to 9. Then, without loosening, knead outward 9 times, knead inward 9 times, knead outward again 9 times, and knead inward again 9 times, for a total of 36 times.
6. Press Dazhui acupoint
Location: When you lower your head, use your right hand to touch the most prominent bone on the back of your neck. This is the seventh cervical vertebra, and the space below it is the Dazhui acupoint.
Method: Press your right middle finger on the Dazhui acupoint, and apply pressure. Use the same method as massaging the Yintang acupoint.
