Uterine coldness is a disease name in traditional Chinese medicine theory and cannot correspond to specific Western medical conditions. What are the symptoms of uterine coldness?

1. Weight gain

People with uterine coldness often have a tendency to be overweight and may experience shortness of breath, fatigue, insomnia, excessive menstrual bleeding, and anovulation.

The uterus lacks heat, and in order to maintain its own physiological functions, the body will start to accumulate fat. The colder the uterus, the more fat it will accumulate, leading to weight gain.

2. Menstrual abnormalities

The menstrual cycle may be delayed, with pale color and scanty flow. Before menstruation, there may be a sense of distension in the lower abdomen, increased vaginal discharge, lower back pain, breast tenderness, and in some cases, nausea and vomiting. 3. Weak constitution

Poor mental state, frequent lower back pain and weakness, increased urination, decreased menstrual flow, decreased sexual desire, pale tongue with white coating, and deep pulse.

If there is insufficient true yang, there may be severe lower back pain, dull complexion, a feeling of coolness in the lower abdomen, cold and weak limbs, tastelessness in the mouth, a preference for pungent and dry foods, frequent urination or incontinence, pale tongue with a white greasy coating, and weak pulse.
