Tianchong point is one of the commonly used acupoints in our body. Massage can treat headaches and swollen gums. Since Tianchong point is located on the head, it is important to be careful when massaging it from the outside and not apply too much force.
1. Relieve headaches
When there is excessive inner conflict, it can lead to headaches, panic, epilepsy, and other problems. These symptoms are directly related to Tianchong point.
Therefore, when there is fear, anxiety, or discomfort in the inner self, accompanied by symptoms such as headaches, stimulating the Tianchong point immediately will have a good effect.
2. Treat swollen gums
Swollen gums refer to the pain at the root of the teeth, with swelling of the surrounding gums, hence the name swollen gums. If it is a common gum inflammation, taking some anti-inflammatory drugs and combining it with massage treatment can be effective. If it is gum swelling caused by cavities, it is best to see a doctor at the hospital.
Massage method: Place four fingers together on the Tianchong point on the head and massage for 3 minutes, then use the thumb to press the Daying point on both sides of the face 20 times each. It has a good effect on treating swollen gums.
3. Clear heat and reduce swelling
Press the four fingers lightly on the Tianchong point, and rub and press once in the morning and evening, each time for 1-3 minutes on each side (or both sides simultaneously). It can clear heat, reduce swelling, dispel wind, calm the mind, and replenish qi and yang.
