February 17, 2024

For a woman who loves beauty, the most important thing is her skin. Paying attention to skin care and maintenance is very necessary.

What is the best method for beauty and skin care? Generally speaking, meridian massage is a good method. By stimulating the meridians, the meridians can reach a perfect balance. This promotes the circulation of qi and blood, achieving health and beauty from the inside out. The following set of massage methods can promote facial blood circulation, delay skin aging, and reduce wrinkles, maintaining skin elasticity.

1. Facial Massage Method

1. Massage the cheeks. From the lower jaw to the ears, rotate in a circular motion. Massage 2-3 times from bottom to back and upward.

2. Massage the mouth, nose, and face. From the outer corner of the eye, along the cheek, down to the Chengjiang point, through the corners of the mouth, use pushing and holding techniques to move upward to the sides of the nose and to the center of the eyebrows. Focus on kneading the skin 2-3 times.

3. Massage the eyebrows and eyes. Place the middle finger on the inner corner of the eye and the index finger above the eyebrow, and massage in a circular motion around the eye socket 3-5 times.

4. Acupressure facial acupoints. Use your fingers to press the Chengjiang point (thumb), Di Cang point (middle finger), and Ying Xiang point (middle finger).

2. Cheek Wrinkle Massage Method

Although wrinkles are a natural result of skin aging, we can delay their occurrence and development through massage. Massage can increase skin temperature, promote blood circulation, and enhance metabolism, allowing the skin's accessory organs (sebaceous glands, sweat glands, hair follicles, etc.) to function properly. When cheek wrinkles begin to appear, we can eliminate them through massage.

1. Forehead. To prevent and eliminate forehead wrinkles, we can use the thumb's outer spiral or the fingertips of three to four fingers to push in a divided manner from the center of the forehead to the temples, or use a single-direction stroking method. If wrinkles appear, use a single-direction stroking method, starting from the root of the nose and the brow arch, gradually stroking to the temples on both sides. Do this twice a day, 15 minutes each time.

2. Cheeks. To remove cheek wrinkles, start from the side of the nose and use the thumb's outer spiral to push or gently stroke towards the front of the ear. When massaging the cheeks, start from the sides of the nose and mouth corners, and use the same technique to gently stroke or push towards the temples on both sides. Do this twice a day, 15 minutes each time.

3. Neck. To remove neck wrinkles, we can use a kneading or tapping technique (lightly tapping with fingertips). Starting from the center of the neck, gently knead or tap towards the temples. The same technique can be used for the skin below the collarbone, gently kneading or tapping from the center of the neck along the collarbone towards the back of the ear. Do this once a day, 15 minutes each time.

3. Eye Wrinkle Removal Method

The skin around the eyes is very fragile and prone to the formation of crow's feet and laugh lines, which deepen with age. What should we do? As long as we persist in using the correct massage techniques and strengthen self-care, we can regain our youthful appearance.

1. Outer corner of the eye wrinkle massage. Place the fingertips of both thumbs on the pupil and press down while inhaling, release while exhaling. Repeat 5 times.

2. Inner corner of the eye wrinkle massage. Place the thumb and index finger of one hand on each side of the eyes, press down while inhaling, release while exhaling. Press upward while inhaling, release while exhaling. Repeat 5 times. This method has the effect of expelling wind, clearing heat, promoting meridian circulation, and improving eyesight.

3. Eyelid wrinkle massage. Place the fingertips of both middle fingers on the tear sacs, press down while inhaling, release while exhaling. Repeat 5 times.

4. Periorbital wrinkle massage. Place the fingertips of both middle fingers on the sides of the eye sockets. Press down while inhaling, release while exhaling. Move the fingers in a circular motion around the eye sockets and return to the starting position. Repeat 3 times.

Of course, to achieve the desired results, perseverance is necessary.
