  Tian Chong point is one of the acupoints in our body and is considered an effective point for treating swollen gums. This is mainly because it is located in the head, and massaging it can relieve pain!
 


 

  [Massage Method]

  Principle of treatment: supplement if cold, moxibustion; drain if hot, acupuncture.

  Daily health maintenance: Use the tip of the index finger to press and knead downwards, feeling soreness and fullness. Do it once every morning and evening.

  Acupuncture method: Tian Chong point, needle insertion depth of 0.3-0.5 cun.

  Moxibustion method: Tian Chong point, moxa stick for 5-10 minutes.

  Tian Chong point combined with Eye Window point and Wind Pool point is used to treat headaches.

  Tian Chong point combined with Hundred Meetings point and Head's Vertex point has the function of promoting blood circulation and relieving pain, mainly used for treating headaches.

  Tian Chong point combined with Heavenly Pillar point and Water Pillar point has the function of dispersing lumps and treating goiter.

  Tian Chong point combined with Hundred Meetings point, Inner Pass point, and Great Rushing point has the function of soothing the liver, regulating qi, and calming the mind, mainly used for treating hysteria.
